GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
We ship to Canada, the US, UK, Europe and Australia. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. European orders ship from Italy, all other orders are shipped from Canada. Shipping rates are provided at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing. Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience! Standard shipments are sent via Canada Post and estimated ground delivery time within North America is 2-10 business days once shipped. We offer express shipping which may be selected at checkout. Please note that when selecting expedited shipping, our regular order processing time still applies, however, we will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Global parcels shipped from Canada may take up to 3 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and fees outside of our control upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments imposed by local border and tax authorities. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact info@curuskin.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Kindly note that discounts and promotions cannot be applied on past orders.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. In the unfortunate event of a lost, stolen or damaged package, we would be happy to assist you with the reproting process. Please reach out to us at info@curuskin.com 8 business days after the scheduled delivery date. This date can be located in the shipping details using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If you are shipping to a building without concierge or safe place to leave parcels, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact info@curuskin.com once your order has been placed.
If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at info@curuskin.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order for further assistance.
